EXPERIENCE
Our stress engineers utilize both "hand" calculations and FEM analysis in substantiation of Aerospace structures.
The stress team has vast experience in the analysis of classical metal airframes such as wing structures (panels, spars, ribs, flap tracks), fuselage structures (frames, passenger and cargo floors, door and window cut-outs, pressure bulkheads, keel-beams, landing gear bays), empennage etc.
Our team also has significant experience in the analysis of CFRP composite applications on primary and secondary structures like flaps, spoilers, ailerons, pressure bulkheads, nacelles, interiors etc.
ACTIVITIES
- Project management
- FEM static linear and nonlinear analysis
- FEM dynamic analysis (modal, time response, frequency response, random vibrations, aero elasticity)
- Detail stress analysis (stability, crippling, joints etc)
- Fatigue and damage tolerance analysis (NASGRO)
- Writing test plans and reports
- Writing certification reports with ACD4 sheets
- Stress Concessions
